Choosing a colour scheme for your home can be tough. You want to make sure you get everything right but you’ve got no idea where to start. Location - What colour you paint your room depends on the location of your room in your home. North-facing rooms get less light than south-facing rooms.

 

Light - If your room gets plenty of light, try choosing colours such as white or yellow to enhance it!

 

Personality - Your personality will largely influence your choices, try and mix neutral colours with neutral. Don’t mix patterns.

 

Dark - If you want a dark-themed home, there are ways to do this without choosing black. Try rich dark tones of green and blue.

 

Feature wall - If you’re wanting to add a pop of colour but you’re not sure how try adding a feature wall. 

 

Wallpaper - Patterned wallpaper can still look simplistic, try choosing neutral tones of olive or blue.
