How do I return unwanted items?

Unwanted items can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund as long as they are unused and in the original packaging. If you want to return an item(s) to us please use the email us function in this help centre to advise us which item(s) and the reason for the return.

How do I get a copy of my invoice?

To receive a copy of your VAT invoice please log into your online account.

What happens if I have ordered the wrong item?

If you find this is the case, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible. If the item hasn't already been dispatched we may be able to stop it being sent. If the order has already been dispatched you can return any unopened, unused and still in original packing items to us at your own cost within 30 days of receipt to receive a refund.

How do I return an item?

To return an item simply send us a return request via your account or contact us at help@trueshopping.co.uk. Please note we aim to respond to all emails within 24 working hours. Returns should be sent to: Trueshopping Returns, Unit OB2, Time Technology Park, Blackburn Road, Simonstone, Lancashire, BB12 7TY. Returns sent to any other address could cause a delay in you receiving your refund.

Do you have a showroom?

We do not have the overheads of a showroom which allows us to sell our products to our customers at the lowest prices possible. We try to give detailed descriptions and as many dimensions as possible however, if there is any other information we can help you with please e-mail the details to our Customer Services Team. We aim to answer all e-mailed enquiries within 24 hours of receipt.

Can I collect my order?

No, we do not allow collections.

Do you offer any coupons or vouchers?

We do run marketing campaigns from time to time which will have voucher codes you can add at the checkout. Please note that voucher codes cannot be redeemed against products supplied by some of our Manufacturers. A message will be displayed on the basket page to let you know when this applies.

Can you send me a brochure?

We do not have brochures as we are an internet based Company and everything we have available is listed on our website.
