Delivery Terms and Conditions

It is our aim here at Trueshopping to provide our customers with a speedy and cost effective delivery service. We are proud to be able to offer Same Day Despatch on all our stock lines when an order is placed with us before 2pm.

UK (Mainland England, Scotland and Wales only)

Orders of £65.00 or greater are FREE delivery
Orders under £65.00 plus £5.95 delivery
There may also be extra delivery charges due to weight and/or destination.
If extra delivery charges are applicable, a member of our customer service team will contact you to discuss.
Extra delivery charges will be debited seperately after receipt of order and customer confirmation of charges.

£30.00 - PH, DD, AB, IV, KW

£12.50 basic delivery charge

£15.00 basic delivery charge
As we are unable to export certain products we advise you to contact us prior to ordering to check availability.
There may also be extra delivery charges due to weight and/or destination.

Pallet Deliveries: The delivery driver will not break down the items from the pallet, or take the goods into your property. You will need to ensure there is somebody at the property to receive the items.
We suggest you do not schedule any installation until you have received and checked your goods.
