Vulkan Spenco Full Length Arch Cushion Insoles

Spenco Full Length Insoles feature soft cushions to support the arch of the foot. Use Spenco Full Length Insoles to replace existing insoles when arch support is needed to prevent or treat heel, shin, knee and back pain, but they provide less support than Spenco Orthotic Arch Supports.

Size
Sizes correspond to shoe sizes as follows:
* X-Small: (UK 4-5)
* Small: (UK 5-6)
* Medium: (UK 7-8)
* Large: (UK 9-10)
* X-Large: (UK 11-12)
* XX-Large: (UK 13-14)

These replacement insoles are made from the same cushioning material as Spenco® Standard Insoles, but have a soft arch cushion for extra comfort and support for the arch of the foot. Cushioning for the arch can reduce over-pronation of the foot (uncontrolled lowering of the arch), which is a cause of many running injuries, such as IlioTibial Band Friction Syndrome (Runner's Knee), shin splints, Achilles Tendonitis and Plantar Fasciitis.

This item is in stock and available for immediate dispatch from our Warehouse facility in Lancashire, UK. Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are dispatched the same day.
