TopGourmet Gourmet Series Board, Black, 20in X 15in

gourmet series board, black, 20" x 15" 50.75 x 38cm. 3/8", 9.5mm thick with juice groove

A natural wood fibre based cutting surface. Surfaces are dishwasher safe and are easily cleaned with soap and water. Knife friendly. Preferred material for food preparation by chefs, commercial kitchens and restaurants for over 40 years. National Sanitary Foundation (NSF) Approved. Non-porous material prohibits bacteria and unwanted food odours. Thin profile surface allows for efficient storage and handling. Thumb hole design for easy hanging from a hook or pot rack.
No maintenance. No need to oil or bleach, material develops a richer colour over time.
Temperature Resistant up to 350oF.
Use as a trivet without creating browned rings from hot pots and pans.
Warm, natural material can be used as a presentation surface. Cut and Serve.

In stock items are available for immediate dispatch from our Warehouse facility in Lancashire, UK. Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are dispatched the same day.
