Brand new for 2008 this spa is fully portable, no need for permanent installation throughout the year. Just empty the water out and fit it back in its box measuring just 74 x 50 x 63 cms. Now you can enjoy a relaxing spa without the need for a costly or permanent installation. New for 2008 the Lay Z Spa XL is manufactured by Bestway and is completely portable taking just 10 minutes to assemble. (Filling and heating of water takes longer)

Once assembled the Lay z Spa II automated control system will circulate the water, heat it up to 40 degrees C and force it through the 80 turbo micro air jets. The combined heater and pump unit has a digital display and simply plugs into a normal household 240V socket. This Lay z spa not only circulates and heats the water but also cycles the water through the built in filtration system. The pump unit is also used to inflate the pool itself saving time and effort. The pool also comes complete with a soft locking cover which insulates the water as well as keeping unwanted debris from the spa when not in use.

For the safety of all users we recommend that correct sanitisation procedures (detailing in instructions) are followed using a suitable chemical kit (supplied by Bestway or other reputable manufacturers).

Do you have a showroom?

• We don.t have a showroom. This allows us to keep our prices down as we do not have the overhead of a showroom. We do try and give as detailed descriptions with dimensions as possible.

Can I collect my order?

• Our order processing system is mostly automated so it is not possible for customers to collect orders

Do you accept offers for items?

• We try our best to offer items at the lowest prices possible, this is why we are unable to negotiate on price.

What is the standard delivery time?

• It is our aim here at Trueshopping to provide our customers with a speedy and cost effective delivery service. We are proud to be able to offer Same Day Despatch on all our stock lines when an order is placed with us before 2pm. Delivery time varies dependant on the item. For Pallet Deliveries the lead time is 3-5 working days, the carriers will book this delivery in. For all other deliveries it is a 2-3 working day delivery.

Do you have an item in stock?

• We aim to have all items on our website in stock. If an item is out of stock you will not be able to order it. However, in certain circumstances there is a possibilty that fast moving items can become out of stock. In these circumstances we will contact you as soon as we can so that we can advise you.

How much is delivery?

• Orders of £50.00 or greater are FREE delivery
• Orders under £50.00 plus £4.95 delivery

How do I return an item?

• If for any reason you would like to return an item within 14 working days of receiving the delivery you should do the following:
• Telephone customer services on 01282 471385 and inform them that you wish to return the item(s)
• In the event of damaged goods we shall arrange for a carrier to collect the items from you and return them to us
• In all other circumstances you shall be responsible for return postage/courier charges.
• 1. Trueshopping cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods so we recommend you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office or Courier.
• 2. If an item has been returned for any reason other than a product fault or a mistake on the part of Trueshopping, you will be refunded the cost of the goods, provided that the goods are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If collection of an item is required, we will charge you the cost of collection (up to £100) which will be notified at the time of cancellation.

Do you offer any coupons or vouchers?

• We do run marketing campaigns from time to time which will have voucher codes you can add at the checkout

Can I Track my Order?

• For smaller items we will supply tracking numbers which you can use to track where you parcel is. For Pallet deliveries the courier company will call you to arrange the delivery

What happens if I have ordered the wrong item?

• Please contact us as soon as possible so that we may be able to stop the order being despatched. If it has left the warehouse we would require you to return it at your cost

Can you send me a brochure?

• We do not have brochures. Everything we have available is listed on the website. This again allows us to keep our prices so low.
