PhysioRoom Runner's Kits are ideal for any keen runner to concentrate on improving their overall level of fitness. Improved core strength and core stability can improve running efficiency and help reduce injury by improving postural control and muscle balance when running.

And when it's time to increase the mileage, runners can make sure that the stresses and strains on the joints are reduced by investing in shock-absorbing insoles from our Noene range - a must for any runner who is keen to avoid injury.

The PhysioRoom Runner's kit also includes the Lube Stick, perfect for preventing friction and skin irritation when running and 0.5mm Warm Pants for keeping muscles warm during cold weather.

Shock Absorbent Insoles can substantially reduce the risk of sustaining common overuse injuries such as a stress fracture, Achilles tendonitis, Ilio-Tibial Band Friction syndrome, shin splints and heel pain.

1 x 0.5mm Warm Pants
Ultra thin, comfortable Warm Pants are perfect for use during cold weather and during a severe and persistent hamstring strain, groin strain or thigh strain.

1 x Lube Stick
To prevent friction and skin irritation. Helps you concentrate on your sport without the painful distraction of chafing, jock itch or jogger's nipple.

Do you have a showroom?

We don't have a showroom. This allows us to keep our prices down as we do not have the overhead of a showroom. We do try and give as detailed descriptions with dimensions as possible.

Can I collect my order?

Our order processing system is mostly automated so it is not possible for customers to collect orders

Do you accept offers for items?

We try our best to offer items at the lowest prices possible, this is why we are unable to negotiate on price.

What is the standard delivery time?

It is our aim here at Trueshopping to provide our customers with a speedy and cost effective delivery service. We are proud to be able to offer Same Day Dispatch on all our stock lines when an order is placed with us before 2pm. Delivery time varies dependant on the item. For Pallet Deliveries the lead time is 3-5 working days, the carriers will book this delivery in. For all other deliveries it is a 2-3 working day delivery.

Do you have an item in stock?

We aim to have all items on our website in stock. If an item is out of stock you will not be able to order it. However, in certain circumstances there is a possibilty that fast moving items can become out of stock. In these circumstances we will contact you as soon as we can so that we can advise you.

How much is delivery?

Orders of £65.00 or greater are FREE delivery

Orders under £65.00 plus £5.95 delivery

Do you have a telephone number I can call you on?

You can call us on 01282 471385, our office opening times are Monday to Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm.

How do I return an item?

If for any reason you would like to return an item within 14 working days of receiving the delivery you should do the following:

• Telephone customer services on 01282 471385 and inform them that you wish to return the item(s)
• In the event of damaged goods we shall arrange for a carrier to collect the items from you and return them to us
• In all other circumstances you shall be responsible for return postage/courier charges.
• 1. Trueshopping cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods so we recommend you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office or Courier.
• 2. If an item has been returned for any reason other than a product fault or a mistake on the part of Trueshopping, you will be refunded the cost of the goods, provided that the goods are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If collection of an item is required, we will charge you the cost of collection (up to £100) which will be notified at the time of cancellation.

Do you offer any coupons or vouchers?

We do run marketing campaigns from time to time which will have voucher codes you can add at the checkout.

Can I Track my Order?

For smaller items we will supply tracking numbers which you can use to track where you parcel is. For Pallet deliveries the courier company will call you to arrange the delivery.

What happens if I have ordered the wrong item?

Please contact us as soon as possible so that we may be able to stop the order being dispatched. If it has left the warehouse we would require you to return it at your cost.

Can you send me a brochure?

We do not have brochures. Everything we have available is listed on the website. This again allows us to keep our prices so low.
