The Karcher K7.85M is the ultimate domestic pressure washer with full accessory storage and a built in trolley giving full mobility.

The powerful maximum pressure of 150 bar and a water flow rate of 450 litres per hour easily deal with obstinate dirt and stains. Although it is very competitively priced for the top specification unit, it comes with a number of fine features.

This includes the pressure switch control which turns the motor on and off when the trigger gun is opened and closed. This means that the user no longer has to walk back to the machine to switch it off, it helps reduce water and electricity costs and extends the life of the pump.

The unit provides high pressure for powerful cleaning and low pressure for rinsing or gentle-action cleaning and applying cleaning chemicals. A chemical injector from the built in chemical tank enables detergent or shampoo to be picked applied in the low pressure mode, e.g. for the car washing.

Accessories offer further benefits.

The Variable spray lance provides high and low pressure with a simple twist.

A built in chemical tank provides detergent in a flash for easy application and thorough cleaning.

Excellent machine have had it for 18months wih no problems . 12metre hose is great you don,t have to keep moving the machine. Its mobility is a good feature and hose and cable can be easily stowed away . Tthe power is like night and day compared with my previous cheapo model and should hopefully last. You get what what you pay for(most of the time)

Do you have a showroom?

• We don.t have a showroom. This allows us to keep our prices down as we do not have the overhead of a showroom. We do try and give as detailed descriptions with dimensions as possible.

Can I collect my order?

• Our order processing system is mostly automated so it is not possible for customers to collect orders

Do you accept offers for items?

• We try our best to offer items at the lowest prices possible, this is why we are unable to negotiate on price.

What is the standard delivery time?

• It is our aim here at Trueshopping to provide our customers with a speedy and cost effective delivery service. We are proud to be able to offer Same Day Despatch on all our stock lines when an order is placed with us before 2pm. Delivery time varies dependant on the item. For Pallet Deliveries the lead time is 3-5 working days, the carriers will book this delivery in. For all other deliveries it is a 2-3 working day delivery.

Do you have an item in stock?

• We aim to have all items on our website in stock. If an item is out of stock you will not be able to order it. However, in certain circumstances there is a possibilty that fast moving items can become out of stock. In these circumstances we will contact you as soon as we can so that we can advise you.

How much is delivery?

• Orders of £50.00 or greater are FREE delivery
• Orders under £50.00 plus £4.95 delivery

How do I return an item?

• If for any reason you would like to return an item within 14 working days of receiving the delivery you should do the following:
• Telephone customer services on 01282 471385 and inform them that you wish to return the item(s)
• In the event of damaged goods we shall arrange for a carrier to collect the items from you and return them to us
• In all other circumstances you shall be responsible for return postage/courier charges.
• 1. Trueshopping cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods so we recommend you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office or Courier.
• 2. If an item has been returned for any reason other than a product fault or a mistake on the part of Trueshopping, you will be refunded the cost of the goods, provided that the goods are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If collection of an item is required, we will charge you the cost of collection (up to £100) which will be notified at the time of cancellation.

Do you offer any coupons or vouchers?

• We do run marketing campaigns from time to time which will have voucher codes you can add at the checkout

Can I Track my Order?

• For smaller items we will supply tracking numbers which you can use to track where you parcel is. For Pallet deliveries the courier company will call you to arrange the delivery

What happens if I have ordered the wrong item?

• Please contact us as soon as possible so that we may be able to stop the order being despatched. If it has left the warehouse we would require you to return it at your cost

Can you send me a brochure?

• We do not have brochures. Everything we have available is listed on the website. This again allows us to keep our prices so low.
