Footmedics Three Quarter Length Foot Orthotics are anti pronation orthotics, with a deep heel to provide support. Their ¾ length makes them ideal for fitting into narrow footwear, while still providing the necessary support. By preventing pronation (uncontrolled lowering of the arch during running) you can relieve not only foot pain, but also tendonitis, shin and knee pain.

The upper surface has a synthetic suede cover for comfort and durability.
