Exercise Band Pack

The Exercise Band Pack is made up of eight x 1m length resistance bands in four varying strengths, for use during rehab exercises for the shoulder, ankle, groin and elbow. The bands are 99.99% free from latex.

Resistance bands are essential kit for the treatment of a sprained ankle, dislocated shoulder, groin injury, tennis elbow or muscle injury.

Start with the lowest level of resistance and build sets and repetitions gradually. Once the exercises become too easy, move on to the level of resistance provided by the next Ci-Band.

Lightweight and portable, Ci-Bands are perfect when you are on the move and heavy weights are impractical. Ci-Bands enable you to continue with your rehabilitation, wherever you are. Just tie them to a fixed object and away you go.

This item is in stock and available for immediate dispatch from our Warehouse facility in Lancashire, UK. Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are dispatched the same day.
