Delivered on time as arranged, with a warning phone call and unpacked and checked straight away. The packing was very thorough. We found no chips cracks or obvious faults so booked the plumber. As soon as he'd set it upright he commented on the obvious slant to the right born out by the spirit level. (No - wasn't the floor). Decided not to send back as he was able to pack under the bottom to level it out. Don't think it's going to make any difference and am well pleased with the appearence, dual flush and soft closure, not to mention the price!

Ideal for bathroom or even cloakroom, also try finding similar at your local DIY with a soft close lid? at the same price? You can't!
