What is the Aircast SP Walker?
As worn by Wayne Rooney! The Aircast SP Walker is a short walking brace for the protection and relief of foot and ankle injuries. It features an adjustable pneumatic cushioning system to reduce swelling.
When can I use it?
Take it to fracture clinic following injuries such as:
* Sprained ankle
* Ankle fracture
* Metatarsal fracture
* Fibula fracture
* Lisfranc joint injury
* Cuboid fracture
* Talus fracture
Which size do I need?
Based on shoe size.
* Small: Men's UK 3.5-6.5, Ladies' UK 2.5-5.5
* Medium: Men's UK 6.5-9.5, Ladies' UK 5.5-8.5
* Large: Men's UK 9.5-13, Ladies' UK 8.5-12.5
How does it work?
The Aircast SP Walker features a hard plastic shell that provides protection and immobilisation similar to a plaster cast, but its lighter weight makes it much more convenient and comfortable. Four AirCells inside the shell can be inflated using the hand bulb (included) for a 'total contact' fit, to meet an individual's requirements, providing compression for the swollen ankle, reducing swelling and accelerating recovery.
Moreover, the Aircast SP Walker can be taken off to allow the patient to bathe and undertake rehab exercises. This improves hygiene, helps prevent ankle stiffness and muscle wastage - further reducing injury healing time.
Aircast walking braces can be used from the initial injury until you are ready to start walking normally. Once your doctor indicates that it is OK to resume partial weight bearing, then the Aircast SP Walker allows safe walking, while still providing protection and compression. By putting gentle compression on the injury the healing process is further accelerated.

Do you have a showroom?
We don't have a showroom. This allows us to keep our prices down as we do not have the overhead of a showroom. We do try and give as detailed descriptions with dimensions as possible.
Can I collect my order?
Our order processing system is mostly automated so it is not possible for customers to collect orders
Do you accept offers for items?
We try our best to offer items at the lowest prices possible, this is why we are unable to negotiate on price.
What is the standard delivery time?
It is our aim here at Trueshopping to provide our customers with a speedy and cost effective delivery service. We are proud to be able to offer Same Day Dispatch on all our stock lines when an order is placed with us before 2pm. Delivery time varies dependant on the item. For Pallet Deliveries the lead time is 3-5 working days, the carriers will book this delivery in. For all other deliveries it is a 2-3 working day delivery.
Do you have an item in stock?
We aim to have all items on our website in stock. If an item is out of stock you will not be able to order it. However, in certain circumstances there is a possibilty that fast moving items can become out of stock. In these circumstances we will contact you as soon as we can so that we can advise you.
How much is delivery?
Orders of £65.00 or greater are FREE delivery
Orders under £65.00 plus £5.95 delivery

How do I return an item?
If for any reason you would like to return an item within 14 working days of receiving the delivery you should do the following:
- Telephone customer services on 01282 471385 and inform them that you wish to return the item(s)
- In the event of damaged goods we shall arrange for a carrier to collect the items from you and return them to us
- In all other circumstances you shall be responsible for return postage/courier charges.
- 1. Trueshopping cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods so we recommend you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office or Courier.
- 2. If an item has been returned for any reason other than a product fault or a mistake on the part of Trueshopping, you will be refunded the cost of the goods, provided that the goods are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If collection of an item is required, we will charge you the cost of collection (up to £100) which will be notified at the time of cancellation.
Do you offer any coupons or vouchers?
We do run marketing campaigns from time to time which will have voucher codes you can add at the checkout.
Can I Track my Order?
For smaller items we will supply tracking numbers which you can use to track where you parcel is. For Pallet deliveries the courier company will call you to arrange the delivery.
What happens if I have ordered the wrong item?
Please contact us as soon as possible so that we may be able to stop the order being dispatched. If it has left the warehouse we would require you to return it at your cost.
Can you send me a brochure?
We do not have brochures. Everything we have available is listed on the website. This again allows us to keep our prices so low.
